INGREDIENTS:

Capsicum 3
chana daal bOiled 250 gm
brown onion ½ cup
onion 2 slIced
chili powder 1½ tsp
turmeric ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Oil ½ cup
yogurt 1 cup
Garlic paste 1½ tsp
chopped Coriander 2 tbsp
green chilies 2 chopped


How to make Shimla Mirch Aur Daal Chana



METHOD:

heat oil, fry onion till soft, add all the dry spices, fry, add boiled daal, beaten yogurt, brown onion, and leave it on dum. heat 2 tbsp oil, fry capsicum cubes till slightly glossy, add to the daal, mix and leave it on dum for 5 mins, and remove. serve garnished with chopped coriander and green chilies.
