Ingredients

• butter 3/4 cup
• sugar 3/4 cup
• flour 1-1/2 cup
• baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
• eggs 3
• vanilla essence 1 tsp
• milk 2-3 tbsp
• food colors

How to make Sandwich Maker Rainbow Cakes

METHOD:

1. Beat butter and sugar well till light and creamy, add egg one by one beating well after adding each and add vanilla essence.
2. Sieve flour and baking powder 2-3 times, fold this in butter batter mix in milk. Divide mixture in 4-5 bowls, add food colors.
3. Pour in greased and preheated sandwich maker with spoon, close lid for 4-5 min or till golden. remove and serve.
