shell pasta 1/2 packet
boneless chicken 1/2 kg
whole garlice 8 to 10 cloves
salt 1 tsp
butter 1 tbsp
oil 3 tbsp
red chili crushed 1 tbsp
capsicum cubed 1 large
peas 1 cup
onion cubed 1 large
oregano 1 tsp

How to make Roasted Garlic Chicken Pasta

METHOD:

Heat oil and butter in a pan, fry the garlic cloves in it, remove from heat, cut the garlic into slices and set aside.
now add the chicken to the oil and butter and fry until the color changes. Add crushed red chilli, salt and pepper.
Now add all the vegetables and oregano and fry till the aroma comes out. add the roasted garlic and shell pasta. Mix well. Serve hot with ketchup.
