ٹماٹر-------------------- 3-4عدد
پسی لال مرچ----------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
پسا دھنیا---------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پسی ہلدی--------------- 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی ادرک-------------- حسبِ ضرورت
ہری مرچیں------------- اُبلا مغز 5-6عدد
چھوٹی میتھی----------- 10گھٹی
گرم مصالحہ پاﺅڈر------ 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
ہرا دھنیا---------------- گارنش کے لئے

ترکیب:

مغز کو ہلدی اور نمک ڈال کر اُبال لیں۔اسکے بعد اچھی طرح صاف کرکے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں۔ایک پین میں تیل گرم کرکے باریک کٹی پیاز کو گولڈن براﺅن کریں۔پھر اس میں ایک کھانے کا چمچہ ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ،ٹماٹر، پسی لال مرچ،پسا دھنیا،پسی ہلدی اور نمک شامل کرکے بھون لیں ،اتنا کہ اچھا سا مصالحہ بن جائے اب اس میں کئی ادرک، ہری مرچیں اور اُبلا مغز شامل کردیں۔آخرمیں 10گھٹی کٹی چھوٹی میتھی اور 1/2چائے کا چمچہ گرم مصالحہ پاﺅڈر ڈالیں۔ہرا دھنیاسے گارنش کریں۔
