چکن کیوب--------------- ایک عدد
تیل--------- تلنے کے لئے
نمک------------- حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

ایک مکسنگ باﺅل میں ایک کھانے کا چمچہ ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، 2کھانے کے چمچے سویا سوس، 2کھانے کے چمچے براﺅن شوگر، 2-3کھانے کے چمچے کارن فلور، ایک چائے کا چمچہ کٹی کالی مرچ، 2-3عدد انڈے کی سفیدی،ایک عدد چکن کیوب اور حسب ذائقہ نمک شامل کرکے مکس کرلیں اور چکن ونگز کو میری نیٹ کرلیں۔ پھر درمیانی آنچ پر تیل کو گرم کرلیں اور چکن ونگز کو ڈیپ فرائی کرکے ڈش آﺅٹ کرلیں اور سرو کریں
