اسٹرابری ایسنس ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
میدہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1/4کپ
بیکنگ پاو¿ڈر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو چائے کے چمچے
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1/4چائے کا چمچہ
ٹھنڈا مکھن ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے
ٹھنڈا دودھ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ

ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں اسٹرابری پائی فلنگ، لیموں کا رس اور اسٹرابری ایسنس ڈال کر مکس کرلیں ۔ اب انہیں آٹھ انچ کے اوون پروف باو¿ل میں ڈال کر اوون میں 200cپر 10منٹ رکھیں ۔جب تک ہم ٹوپنگ تیار کرلیں گے ۔ اب ایک بیکنگ باو¿ل میں میدہ ،چینی بیکنگ پاو¿ڈر اور نمک ڈالیں ۔اب اس میں مکھن شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کریں یہاں تک کہ وہ دانے دار ہوجائے ۔پھر اس میں سارا دودھ ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں اور بیک کئے ہوئے اسٹرابری مکسچر میں ڈالتے جائےں ۔اب اسے 220cپر20منٹ بیک کرلیں یہاں تک کہ وہ پھول جائے اور گولڈن ہوجائے ۔آخر میں اسے پھینٹی ہوئی کریم اور آئس کریم کے ساتھ سرو کریں ۔
