اجزاء:
پنیر-------------- (چوکور ٹکڑے) 250گرام
مٹر----------- (اُبلے ہوئے) ایک پیالی
گاجر--------- 250گرام
آلو--------- 4عدد
پھول گوبھی----------- 250گرام
ٹماٹر------------ (اُبال لیں) 250گرام
املی کا گوُدا-------------- 2/1پیالی
کارن فلور------------ حسبِ ضرورت
پسی ہوئی سونف-------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی ہلدی-------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ------------ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کڑھی پتے------------- 6عدد
پیاز------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
نمک---------- حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل--------- 2/1پیالی
تازہ لال مرچ-------------- سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

ٹماٹر اُبال کر پیس لیں۔ آلو گاجر اور پھول گوبھی کے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کاٹ کر ہلکا سا اُبال لیں۔ دیگچی میں تیل گرم کرکے پیاز بادامی کریں، اس میں کڑھی پتے ڈال دیں۔ ایک پیالے میں ٹماٹر ، لال مرچ، سونف ، ہلدی اور نمک ملائیں، اسے دیگچی میں ڈال کر تیل اوپر آنے تک بھونیں۔ اس میں سبزیاں اور املی کا گودا ڈال دیں۔ پنیر پر کارن فلورلگائیں۔فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کریں اور پنیر تل کر دیگچی میں شامل کریں اور بھون کر ڈش میں نکا ل لیں۔ اسے لال مرچ سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
