Ab thanda makhan magar flod ki shakal main shamil karain.
Taqreeban tees minute tak 180 degree C grage per baik karian.
1 raat paish karny sy pehly ye alfanj taiyaar kar lijyeh.

انڈے کی زردی------------- چھ عدد
کاسٹر شوگر-------------- ایک سو پچاس گرام
چاکلیٹ پاؤڈر--------------- پچاس گرام
دودھ دو---------- کھانے کے چمچ

بیکنگ پاؤڈر---------------- آدھا چائے کا چمچ

سب سے پہلے تمام اشیا پھینٹ لیں۔
انڈوں کی سفیدیاں پھینٹ کر سخت کر لیں۔
کاسٹر شوگر اور بیکنگ پاؤڈر دھیرے سے تمام مسکچر میں فولڈ کر لیں۔
اب ٹھنڈا مکھن مگر فلوڈ کی شکل میں شامل کریں۔
تقریباً تیس منٹ تک ایک سو اسی ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر بیک کریں۔
