Kalakand Sweet Recipe (Translated in English)


Ingredients:

  • Condensed Milk: 400 grams
  • Cottage Cheese: 1/2 kg
  • Dry Milk Powder: 1 tbsp
  • Green Cardamom: 1 tsp
  • Ghee: 2 tbsp
  • Almonds/Pistachios: as you like

 

Method

  1. Break cheese into crumbs using a fork and mix with dry milk powder.
  2. Add condensed milk slowly, mix and make a soft paste.
  3. Add green cardamoms, mix and cook at medium flame for around 10 minutes. Keep moving the spoon in the meanwhile.
  4. Apply 1 tablespoon ghee in a tray and remove kalakand in it.
  5. Cool it at room temperature and cut into your desired shapes.
  6. Tasty kalakand is ready to serve.
  7. Enjoy after the meal.
