Pumpkin 2 cups
Milk 150 ml
Cashew Nut 10 Nos
Raisins 10 Nos
Ghee 5 tbsp
Cardamom 4 Nos
Milkmaid 4 tspn
Sugar 1 cup (according to your taste)


How to make Pumpkin Halwa



1. Boil pumpkin in half cup of milk.
2. Mash it to make a thin paste.
3. Use ghee Fry nuts and raisins and keep aside.
4. Pour 2 tbspn of ghee and add the mashed pumpkin and fry for 5 mints, again add the remaining ghee and milk.
5. Keep stirring until the halwa make a thick paste.
6. Add elaichi powder and fried nuts and remove.
7. Serve it after cooling.

wow, it looks something unique to me and it must be very delicious as well. I have cooked and eaten many kinds of halwa recipes however this will be first time i will eat enjoy this pumpkin halwa.
