• Onion, cut in rings
• Capsicum, cut in rings, remove seeds
• Tomato, cut in rings
• Egg plant, cut round
• Pizza sauce as required
• Olives, sliced
• Large bread slices
• Mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated
• Salt as required
• Oregano as required
• Crushed pepper as required
• Olive oil as required
• Chili sauce as required
How to make Pizza Sandwich
METHOD:
Take a bread slice, spread pizza sauce over it. Spread both grated cheeses.
Now place eggplant, capsicum, onion, olives and tomato slices over it. Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano on it. Now drizzle some olive oil and chili sauce over it.
Now spread some more cheese and cover it with other bread slice. Drizzle some oil on both sides of bread and grill it on hot grill pan.
You can also make them on simple greased pan. Cook sandwich 2 to 3 minutes per side or until cheese melts and sandwich is golden brown. Cut into wedges to serve.
