2 cooked chicken breasts, skinned
185 g beansprouts, trimmed
125 g button mushrooms, sliced
1 yellow pepper, seeded and diced
2 sprigs onions, chipped
2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
½ quantity Chinese Dressing
Toasted sesame seeds and radish flowers, to garnish
How to make Oriental Chicken Salad
METHOD:
Shred chicken and put into a bowl with beansprouts, mushrooms, pepper, sprinf onions. And carrots; mix together.
Pour the dressing over the serving dish. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and garnish with radish flowers. Serve at once.
