INGREDIENTS:

Mutton minced 1/2 kg
Butter 6 tbsp
onion chopped 1 large
olive Oil 3 tbsp
Tomato chopped 2
green Coriander 6 tbsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
zeera 1 tsp
Lemon juIce 1 tbsp
pita Bread 6
Bread crumb 1 cup
Salt to taste


How to make Orfa Kabab



METHOD:

Mix keema with salt, bread crumbs, red chili powder, coriander, onion, butter, tomato and black pepper together. Now place it in the oven.
Now make seekh kabab from the mince batter and cook on the grill or on a frying pan.
Apply olive oil over the seekh kabab while cooking.
Toast pita bread and serve with orfa kabab.
