INGREDIENTS:

500gm Lady Fingers
2 no Lemon
1/4 cup Vinegar
4 tsps for Lemon JuIce
2 tsps Fenugreek Seeds
2 tsps Red Chili Pepper
2 tsps Mustard (crushed)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Pinch Asafetida
2 tsps Cumin Seeds
2 tsps Nigel Seeds


How to make Okra Achaar



METHOD:

Remove the ends head and tail of each lady finger
Mix salt with all the ground spices and wet with a little juice.
Heat the oil and fry ladyfingers and bing for one to three minute.
Remove from the fire, put Lady Fingers and add all ingredients
Cook till it boils.
Cool and put an airtight jar.
