Mutton 1/2 kg
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Tomato puree cooked 250 g
crushed red pepper 1 tsp
chili powder 1 tsp
white pepper powder 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
crushed cumin 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
all spIce powder 1/2 tsp
chopped green chili 4 to 5
Cream 1/2 pkt
Butter 2 ounces
Salt to taste

How to make Mutton maska handi


Heat oil in a handi. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, tomato puree and fry for a mi nute.
Add boiled mutton to it and cook.
Add all the powdered ingredients to it and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add butter, green chili and cream at the end and cover for 5 minutes.
Serve with roti.
