Salt 1 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tablespoon
• RIce 500gm
• Onion ½ cup
• Clove (Long) 5
• Black Pepper 5
• Crushed Red Chilli 1 tablespoon
• Zarda Colour 1
• Yogurt 1 cup
Mutton 750 gm
Ghee 1 cup
• Red Chili 1-1/2
Cinnamon 2
• Green Cardamom 5
• kewra 1 tablespoon

How to make Mutton Biryani by Shireen Anwar


Take a pan and add mutton, four cups of water, ginger garlic paste, red chili, salt and cook until the water is dried.
Now add boiled rice and mix.
Add yogurt mixture and put fried onion on it and cook (dam) for 30 minutes.
Serve hot as soon as it gets ready.

Usually I don’t eat any meat other than chicken but I made this biryani and ate it. You have made me think that mutton tastes even better in the biryani than the chicken.
