INGREDIENTS:

Milk 1 kg
Sugar 6 tbsp
Fresh Cream 8 ounce
Khoya ½ cup
Rafhan Custard powder 2 tbsp heaped
Cardamom grinded ½ tsp
Mango puree 1 cup


How to make Mango Kulfi



METHOD:

1. Cook milk till boiling.
2. Add sugar and cook till reduced to 4
cups.
3. Dissolve heaped rafhan custard
powder in ¼ cup of cold milk.
4. Then add to the boiling milk, stirring
till mixture
5. When thickes add khoya and cook for
5 minutes.
6. Remove from heat, cool completely
then add fresh cream, cardamom
powder and mango puree.
7. Fill mixture in qulfi molds and freeze
over night till firm.
