INGREDIENTS:

Fish (Bone less) 1 kg
Butter 100 gms
Yogurt 1 cup
Fried Onions 4 tbsp
Dessicated Coconut 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Cardamoms 4
Cloves 4
Curry Leaves 6
Green Chilies 6
Salt ½ tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Button Red Chilies 4
Chopped Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Mint Leaves 1 cup
Lemon SlIces 2


How to make Makhni Machli



METHOD:

In a blender, add fried onions
Add dessicated coconut, turmeric powder, green chilies and salt blend well.
Now in a pan, heat oil, add chopped garlic, when aroma comes
Add masala powder, cumin seeds, cloves, curry leaves and button red chilies.
Add, boneless fish and cover it, let it cook on med flame for 10 minutes.
When fish tenders, add butter, lemon slices, mint leaves, cream and removes from the stove.
