Ingredients

1) Chicken (diced) 8 oz
2) Shrimp 1 lb
3) Scallions (chopped) 6
4) Cilantro (chopped) 1/3 c
5) Juice of Lime 1
6) Lemon 1
7) Lemon Grass 2 stalks
8) Ginger 2 slices
9) Straw Mushrooms 1 can
10) Garlic Cloves 2
11) Red Chilli (chopped) 2
12) Chilli Powder 3 tsp
13) Salt & Pepper to taste

How to make Hot Thai Soup

METHOD:

1. Combine all the ingredients except chicken, chopped onions, chopped cilantro and lime juice and bring to a boil.
2. Let it simmer for a few minutes and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil again. Allow it to boil for a few minutes and serve immediatly.
