I dont know what is it called in Urdu but Arugula is called Khatimbal (کھٹمبل) in our local dialect Hindko (Hazara/Mansehra and AJK.) Locals use it in کڑھی recipe. Its leaves taste sour (کٹھا) and refreshing. One can find it on rocks along the road sides of the Hazara and AJK
