Ingredients

Gelatin 1/2 tbsp
Cold water 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Corn syrup 1/4 cup
Glycerin 1/2 tbsp
Icing sugar 1 pound
Shortening 1 tbsp

How to make Fondant

METHOD:

Soak glycerine in cold water.
When it rises, keep on double boiler and melt it.
When it melts, add vanilla essence and corn syrup except icing sugar.
Then mix with spoon.
After mixing grease your hands with shortening, make space in center of icing sugar and put mixture.
Now knead slowly until dough is ready.
Then leave for few hours and spread on cake.
