INGREDIENTS:

Fish : 1 Kg
Gram-Flour : 1/8 Kg
Ghee/Oil : 1/4 Kg
Phool Salt : 50 Grams
Vinegar : 1/2 cup
Phool Fish Masala : 50 Grams


How to make Fish Fried With Gram Flour



METHOD:

Dissolve salt in vinegar and apply it to the fish pieces. Leave the fish for about half an hour and then thoroughly wash it and leave it aside. Mix Phool Fish Masala and gram flour and evenly apply it on the fish pieces. After half an hour deep fry the fish in oil/ghee using a sauce pan or a fry pan. Remove the fish from the oil when it is light brown in colour. Delicious fish, for 6-8 servings, is ready.
