2 tablespoons vegetable oil
125g skinless chicken breast fillet, sliced
1 potato finely chopped
1 carrot, sliced
1 piece pumpkin, peeled and chopped
1 stalk celery finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely crushed
1 teaspoon of chopped sage
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 cup of chicken stock
How to make Easy Chicken Casserole
METHOD:
• Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
• Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat adds the chicken and potato, carrot, pumpkin and celery and sauté till golden brown.
• Insert the tomato, garlic, sage, tomato paste; parsley and stock then stir well.
• Transport the mixture into a casserole dish.
• Cover and bake for 1 hour. Blend or mash if serving to baby.

I have seen this recipe for the first time however i am going to cook it soon as I myself like chicken recipes without curries. I think these are European or American style dishes like pastas. casseroles ka actual matlab mujhe samaj nahi aya. mai ne kuch or bhi recipes dekhi hain jin mein casserole likha hota hai to mai samaj nahi pa rahi ye hai kiya . agar ap is recipe ko urdu me post kar den to shayad samajh mei ajaye or asani ho jaye gi . waise hamari ek relative bhi cooking expert hain un se bhi puchun gi.
