Ingredients

Marie biscuit 1 packet
Butter 3/4 cup
Sugar 10 tbsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Almonds and pistas as required
Eggs 2

How to make Delicious Cold Cake

METHOD:

Heat water in frying pan. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add butter, sugar and cocoa powder and whisk well. Hold the egg mixture bowl over boiling water in frying pan and whisk till the mixture is thick. When the mixture becomes like custard, take it off the flame and let it cool. Break biscuit into small pieces and crush almonds and pistas .Add biscuits, almonds and pistas to the egg mixture. Mix well. Put this mixture at the bottom of the plastic bag. Now roll the plastic bag .Keep this roll in deep freezer for at least 3 hours. Remove the plastic bag after taking it out of the freezer. Cut it rounds with a shark knife before serving.
