Ingredients

crunchy corn cereal 1 cup
crispy rice cereal (Rice Krispies) 1 cup
all-purpose flour 4 tbsp
salt 2 tsp
pepper 1/2 tsp
chicken boneless 1 lb (medium size chunks)
eggs 2 (beaten)
oil for frying

How to make Crispy Chicken Nuggets

METHOD:

Put both the cereals into a zip lock bag and seal... place on a flat surface and, using a rolling pin....crush the cereal until it's still slightly chunky.

Pour into a medium sized bowl and add the flour, salt and pepper and mix to combine.

Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten eggs... 1 at a time... and transfer to the breading mix.

Coat well and repeat same process for all chicken pieces.

Then put it in single layer and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Drop the chicken nuggets into the hot oil....and cook 2 minutes... or until the breading is golden and the chicken is cooked through.

Repeat with the remaining chicken nuggets.... serve warm and enjoy.
