INGREDIENTS:

sela rIce 1/2 kg
Chicken 300 g
Garlic Cloves 4-5
Carrots 1
Capsicum 1
green Onions 1-2 strands
Cabbage half
Chicken cube 1
Salt to taste
black papper 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp


How to make Chinese Pulao



METHOD:

Boil the rice and place a side.
Heat butter in a pan, Add garlic and fry the chicken with it. Add all the seasoning to the chicken and mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
Add all the vegetables to he chicken. Mix the chicken with rice.
Serve hot.
