Ingredients

Chicken fillet 1/2 kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
H.P sauce 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
For Pepper Sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Brown sauce 1/2 cup
Cream 4 tbsp

How to make Chicken Pepper Steaks

METHOD:

Add chicken, salt, H.P sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, lemon juice and oil in a bowl and mix well.

Then marinate for 1 hour and keep in fridge.

Now heat oil in frying pan and fry chicken fillet well.

Delicious chicken fillet is ready.

Dish out and make cuts and serve with black pepper sauce.

For Pepper Sauce: Preheat oil in a pan and fry onion until golden brown.

Then add garlic paste and mix well.

Now add black pepper and brown sauce and cook for a while.

When sauce becomes thicken then do flame off.

Then add cream and mix well.

Pepper sauce is ready.
