Bread slices 2 pieces
chicken mince1/4 kg
Eggs 2
ginger
garlic 1/2ts
Worcestershire sauce 1 ts
soya sauce 1ts
oyester sauce 1ts
crushed red chillies 1ts
ajinomoto 1/2ts
black pepper1/2ts
salt to taste.

METHOD:

Mix all the above ingredients in chicken mince and keep it for 2hours.now take bread slices cut in small round shape with cutter.now apply the chicken on these slices and fry it.now golden coins are ready to serve...
