Ingredients
• Chicken mince 1 cup
• Salt To taste
• Garlic crushed 1/2 tsp
• Red Chili flakes. 1/2 tsp
• Cheddar Cheese. 1/2 cup
• Onion (chopped). 1 medium
• Soya sauce. 1 tsp
• Oil 2 tbs
• Mayonnaise. 1 tbs
• Green chilies 2 nos
• (Chopped)
• Fresh coriander 4 tbsp
• (Chopped)
• Samosa Wraps. As required
• Egg / flour paste. For binding
• Oil for frying
How to make Chicken Cheese Cigars

METHOD:

1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, sauté onions and garlic till transparent.
2. Then add chicken mince, fry until the chicken changes its color.
3. Add red chili flakes, salt and soya sauce.
4. Add cheddar cheese too and cook until all cheese melts.
5. Cool down and add mayonnaise, green chillies and coriander.
6. Cut Samoa wraps in two (so that it looks like a rectangle)
apply chicken mixture on one side lengthwise , then roll towards other end .
7. Close the rolls using beaten egg or flour paste to bind it well.
8. No need to work on edges as filling will not come out during frying.
9. Fry the cigars (rolls) till Crisp.
10. Now it’s ready to serve.
