chicken boneless small chunks 500 gm
salt 1 tsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
ginger paste 1/2 tsp
garlic paste 1/2 tsp
mushrooms sliced 4 tbsp
salad leaves chopped 1/2 cup
chopped onion 4 tbsp
oil 2 tsp
ketchup 4 tbsp
cheddar cheese grated 8 tbsp
mayonnaise for spreading
ketchup for spreading
hot buns
How to make Cheesy Grilled Chicken Sandwich
METHOD:
Marinate chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, ginger and garlic and worcestershire sauce... leave ot for atleast 15 minutes.
Then heat oil add chopped onion, and cook till it soften.
Add sliced mushrooms and mix.
Add marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes.... till chicken gets done and all excess water dries... add ketchup and mix.
Add grated cheese mix and switch off the flame.
Now toast the buns on griddle or in toaster .
Spread some mayonnaise.
Then some ketchup.
Spread chicken mixture and top it with chopped salad leaves...
Cover it with other half of bun....serve with french fires and ketchup and enjoy.
