500 grams boneless fish
1 cup gram flour
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp tara garam masala
2 tsp tara chatkhara masala
½ tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric

How to make Chatkhara Fried Fish

METHOD:

In a bowl, mix together 1 cup gram flour, ¼ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp tara garam masala, 2 tsp tara chatkhara masala, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric.

Marinate 500 grams boneless chicken in prepared batter and deep fry in preheated oil until golden brown from both sides.

Delicious Chatkhara Fried Fish is ready to serve.
