Camel Kabab

Camel Kebab - Make super tasty camel kabab recipe on this Bakra Eid. If you have camel meat (oont ka gosht), the perfect use is to make shami kabab with it. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients
Camel Meat Mince: 1/2 kg
Split Gram: 1/2 cup
Almonds: 10 (blanched)
Crushed Coconut: 1 tbsp
Whole All Spice Powder: 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tsp
Onion: 1
1 Lemon Juice


Filling Ingredients:
Cheese: 1/2 cup
Onion: 1/2 cup (thinly chopped)
Green Coriander: 1/2 cup (thinly chopped)
Green Chillies: 4 pcs (thinly chopped)
How to make Camel Kabab

METHOD:

Add lentil, water to mincemeat and remaining ingredients to the mincemeat.
Roast and grind finely.
Add 1 lemon juice and mix well.

Mix all filling ingredients together.
Make kababs with ground mincemeat and fill in with the filling mixture.
Fry all kababs.
Once they become golden brown, dish out, garnish and serve.
Enjoy camel kababs with raita and chutney.

قیمہ آدھا کلو
دال چنا آدھا کپ
بادام دس عدد(چھیلے ہوئے)
کھوپرا ایک کھانے کا چمچ

ثابت گرم مصالحہ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچ
نمک ایک چائے کا چمچ
ادرک، لہسن کا پیسٹ دو چائے کے چمچ
پیاز ایک عدد
بھرنے کے لئے:
پنیر آدھا کپ
پیاز آدھا کپ(باریک کٹی ہوئی)
ہرا دھنیا آدھا کپ(باریک کٹا ہوا)
ہری مرچیں چار عدد(باریک کٹی ہوئی)

قیمے میں دال، تھوڑا سا پانی اور باقی کی تمام چیزیں ڈال کر ابال لیں جب دال گل جائے تو بھون کر پیس لیں اور پھر ایک لیموں کا رس مکس کر دیں۔ بھرنے کے لئے تمام چیزیں ملا لیں اور پسے ہوئے قیمے کے کباب بنا کر اس کے درمیان بھر یں اور فرائی کر لیں۔ جب گولڈن براؤن ہو جائیں تو ڈش میں نکال کر گارنش کر یں۔
