Ingredients
• RICE......................3 CUPS
• CHICKEN................800G -1KG
• GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE....1 TB SP
• YOGURT................2 CUPS
• GREEN CHILLI PASTE........I TB SP
• RED CHILLI POWDER..........1 TB SP
• DRY CORAINDER POWDER....3 TSP
• WHOLE WHITE ZEERA...........1 TSP
• SHAHI BLACK ZEERA ...........1 PINCH
• WHOLE BLACK PEPPER......4
• WHOLE CLOVES.................4
• CINNAMON STICKS ......... ...4
• JAIFAL POWDER.................1/4 TSP
• JAWANTRI POWDER............1/4 TSP
• ALL SPICY MIX....................1 TSP
• DEEP ORANGE FOOD COLOR...1/2 TSP
• SALT .....................................1 TB SP
• WHOLE GREEN CARDAMOMS.....4
• ONION SLICED..........................2 MEDIUM
• POTATOES...............................2 MEDIUM (CUT IN 4 PIECES)
• KEWRA WATER.......................1 TB SP
• OIL............................................3/4 CUP
• BLACK COALS.......................2 FOR BAR-B-Q
How to make Barbeque Biryani

METHOD:

1. First soak basmati rice for 10-15 min. Then put a pot filled with 6 cups of water on the hob and bring a boil, add salt as u need and add rice. Mean time while u boiling water put a coal on the hob and marinates the chicken with all ingredients together with food color and except onions and potatoes.
2. Give the bar-b-q smell of hot coal (put a piece of foil in the bowl of marinated chicken) to marinated chicken and cover it. When rice is nearly done (1 kani left) and drains it with sieve.
3. Now in the same pot pour oil and put on hob.
4. Then add pieces of potatoes and slightly fried them and take it out and Then in the same oil fry the onion til golden brown and add marinated chicken.
5. Now stir it for 10 seconds only then add fried potatoes, green coriander and mint leaves and boiled rice.
6. Put 1 pinch color again and kewra water and put again a hot coal on a piece of foil.
7. Pour a drop of oil and quickly cover it.
8. Leave the pot on high flame for 15 min then slow the hob for 10 min. Now bar-b qued biryani is done.
