- Salt: 1 tsp

- Oil: 1 tbsp
Batter Ingredients: - Egg: 1 piece
- Corn Flour: 3 tbsp
- Maida Flour: 3 tbsp
- Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- White Pepper: 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tbsp
- Milk: 2 to 3 tbsp
- Peanut Butter: 1 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs: as required
- Shashlik Sticks: as required

Method |
Dry Marination: Mix salt, white pepper, Chinese salt, mustard powder and oil with chicken and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes so it marinates well.
Batter: - Whisk an egg in a bowl well.
- Add corn flour, baking powder, maida flour, vinegar, salt, white pepper, Worcestershire sauce, peanut butter and milk.
- Mix well to make thick batter with smooth consistency.
- Put chicken pieces into batter and keep for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now thread chicken into sticks and roll in breadcrumbs thoroughly.
- Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Fry all chicken sticks.
- Tasteful Chicken Satay Recipe is ready.
