Mix and beat 4 eggs together.

Fold from sides to keep the mixture within.

Apply egg and close.

Brush with egg.

Mix in breadcrumbs.

Place in baking dish.
|

Bake on 180c for 20 minutes.

Making Crepes/Roll SheetIngredients: - Eggs: 4 pcs
- All Purpose Flour: 3 cups
- Corn Flour: 1 cup
- Salt: as per taste
- Milk: 1/2 cup

- It will take 30 seconds to cook.
- Transfer in a plate; cook all crepes similarly.

- Cabbage: 1/2 piece (cut in thin stripes)
- Capsicum: 1 piece (cut in thin stripes)
- Carrot: 1 piece (cut in thin stripes)
- Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
- Chili Sauce: 1 tsp
- Vinegar: 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
- Red Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
Method: - Heat oil in frying pan.
- Now put all vegetables and cook for one minute.
- Now add boiled mashed chicken.
- Add salt, red pepper, black pepper, soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar and cook until it becomes dry.
- Turn the stove off.
Making Spring Rolls: Ingredients: - Beaten Egg: 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup
Method: - Put one spoon mixture on a crepe, fold onward to form the roll, close sides and finally apply egg and close.
- Now roll it in breadcrumbs.
- Make all rolls similarly.
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Place all rolls in the baking dish.
- Set 20 minute time for oven and bake all the rolls.
- Cut each roll from the middle and serve.
