|Soak almonds overnight in water and peel off in the morning.|
|Grind milk and almonds together.|
|Cook the mixture in frying pan; keep stirring spoon continuously.|
|Add yellow food coloring or saffron dissolved in water. Mix well.|
|Add ground pods of green cardamom.|
|To keep it from burning, keep moving the spoon unless milk is fully cooked and finished.|
|Once milk is finished, add sugar.|
|Mix sugar; once dissolved and it's water is dried, add ghee and roast.|
|Keep roasting until halwa tend to leave the pan.|

How to Make Almond Halwa Recipe
- Almonds: 1 cup
- Milk: 1/2 kg
- Ghee: 1/2 cup
- Sugar: 1 cup (or as per taste)
- Saffron or Yellow Food Coloring: 1 pinch
- Green Cardamom: 2 pcs (ground)
- Soak almonds for whole night in water. Remove peel in the morning.
Combine peeled almonds and milk and grind finely in a food grinder. Leave some almonds un-ground in form of chunks.
- Add this mixture to wok or fry pan and cook. Move spoon continuously.
Dissolve yellow food coloring or saffron in 2 tablespoon water and add to the mixture. Add ground cardamom pods and mix well.
- Once milk is cooked and finished, add sugar and mix thoroughly. When sugar is dissolved, add ghee and mix well. To prevent it from burning, keep moving the ladle regularly.
- Once mixture is fully cooked and halwa becomes unsticky to the pan, and ghee starts appearing, remove it from pan.
- Remove in a dish, garnish with almonds and serve hot.
