125 gm Butter
3 Egg yolk
1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1tsp White pepper
2 Egg white
as required Salt
How to make Angel Sauce

METHOD:

Add butter in a sauce pan and stir until melted. Blend together the egg yolks, lemon juice, and white pepper. Now gradually add in the melted butter and blend.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and allow to cool. In a separate bowl add the eggs whites and salt and beat with an electric beater until the whites turn fluffy. Transfer

The egg whites into the egg yolk mixture and mix. Put in the refrigerator to cool
