INGREDIENTS:

Dried Prunes : 1/2 kg
Chaar Maghaz : 50 grams
Sugar : 100 grams
Vinegar : 4 tablespoons
Salt : As required
Water : 1 glass
Tikka Boti Masala: 1 tablespoon


How to make Aaloo Bukhara Chutney



METHOD:

Wash the dried prunes and soak in 2 glasses of water for an hour or so.

Mix in the chaar maghaz and Tikka Boti Masala.

Set the prunes to cook on low heat and simmer until the fruit falls apart.

Now add the sugar and cook until the excess water evaporates and the sugar thickens to a syrupy consistency.

Mix in the salt and vinegar, cook briskly for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
