• Dahi 1 pao
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tb sp
• Red chilli pow 3 tsp
• Bhuna zeera pow 2 t sp
• Tomato chopped 2 or 3
• Haldi 2 t sp
• Salt to taste
• Methi k beej 1 tb sp
• Oil 4 tb sp

How to make Fish with Haldi

METHOD:

1. marinate karne k liye pehle dahi ko alag bowl main beat karen phir us m ginger garlic paste, red chili, zeera haldi aur salt dal k mix karen. phir us main fish beh mix karden or 1 hour tak chorden.
2. Pher pan m oil dal kar methi k beej dal den beej brown hone per chopped tomato dalden jab tomato soft hojayen to merinate fish masala k sath dal den halki anch pe pakne den phir thora bhon k choolah band karden aur hara dhaniya aur hari mirchon se garnish karen.
