Ingredients
1/2 kg Wheat flour
1/2 cup Ghee
1/2 cup Milk
4-5 drops Saffron essence
for frying Oil
as required Water
1/2 tsp Salt
How to make Zafrani Puri

METHOD:

In a bowl, mix together 1/2 kg Wheat flour, 1/2 cup Ghee, 1/2 cup Milk, 4 to 5 drops of Saffron essence, 1/2 tsp Salt and knead to dough with Water as required. Leave it for 30 minutes. Now make small balls, roll and fry in hot oil.
