Wanton vidhi

Chicken 250 gram
Namak 1/4 chaye ka chamach
Kaali mirch 1 chaye ka chamach
Sirka 1 khanay ka chamach
Soya sauce 1 khanay ka chamach
Chili sauce 1 khanay ka chamach
Samosa pati 10 adad
Egg 1 adad

Banane ki tarkeeb

Chicken ko ubalany k baad haddi elehda kar lain. Phir blender main riashay kar lain. 4 khanay k chamchay tail main chicken, namak, kaali mirch, soya, chili sauce, sirka daal kar 2 minute tak paka kar utar lain. Ab samosay ki patti ko 3 inch ka chokor peese bana lain. Ab iskay darmiyan main chicken rakhain. 2 side per anda lagain aur band kar lain; jo shape dena hai woh dain aur fry kar lain.

Sweet and Sour sauce
Chlili sauce ½ cup
Cheeni 8 khanay k chamchay
Kuti laal mirch ½ khanay ka chamch
Namak ¼ khanay ka chamach
Sirka 1 khanay ka chamach

2 minute k liey sub ko paka lain.

سویا سوس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
چلی سوس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
سموسہ پتی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 10عدد

ترکیب:

چکن کو ابالنے کے بعد ہڈی علیحدہ کرلیں۔ پھر بلینڈر میں ریشے کرلیں۔4کھانے کے چمچے تیل میںچکن، نمک، کالی مرچ،سویا، چلی سوس،سرکہ ڈال کر2منٹ پکا کر اتار لیں۔اب سموسے کی پٹی کو 3انچ کا چوکور پیس بنا لیں۔اب اسکے درمیان میں چکن رکھیں۔2سائیڈ پر انڈا لگائیں اور بند کرلیں۔ جو شیپ دینا ہے وہ دیں اور فرائی کرلیں۔
