چکن کیوب----------------- 2عدد
گاجر--------------- (چوکور کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
چقندر------------------ (چھلا اور چوکور کٹا ہوا) ایک عدد
خراسانی------------- (چوپ کی ہوئی) ایک عدد
مٹر---------------- (اُبلے ہوئے) 1/4پیالی
بند گوبھی--------------- (باریک کٹا ہوا) 1/2عدد
ٹماٹر--------------- (کٹے اور اُبلے ہوئے) 2عدد
پیاز --------------------(باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
لہسن چوپ کیا ہوا-------------------- ایک جوا
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ---------------- 1/4چائے کا چمچہ
ہرا دھنیا---------------- (چوپ کیا ہوا) ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ہری مرچیں------------------- (چوپ کی ہوئی) 3عدد
پانی----------------- 2/1-1پیالی
نمک------------------ حسبِ ذائقہ
گھی-------------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

دیگچی میں گھی گرم کرکے پیاز اور لہسن ہلکی بادامی کریں۔ اس میں پانی اور چکن کیوب ڈال کر اُبالیں۔ اس میں بند گوبھی، چقندر، گاجر، ٹماٹر ،خراسانی ، کالی مرچ اور نمک ڈال کر پکائیں۔ ایک اُبال آجائے تو مٹر ملا کر چند منٹ پکائیں۔ اس میں اسپیگھیٹی ملائیں۔ اس میں ہری مرچیں اور ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر ڈش میں نکال لیں۔
