کلونجی------------------------ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی ہلدی--------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
سوکھی گول لال مرچیں----------------------- 8عدد
سوکھی ہوئی کھٹائی----------------------- 4عدد
ہرا دھنیا--------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) 2/1 گڈی
ہری مرچیں------------------ (باریک کٹی ہوئی) 4عدد
نمک------------------ حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل--------------------------- 2/1پیالی

ترکیب:

ترئی چھیل کر باریک کاٹ لیں۔ دیگچی میں تیل گرم کریں اور پیاز تل کر نکال لیں اسی دیگچی میں ترئی، ہلدی اور نمک ملا کر بھونیں اس میں دال ، لال مرچیں ، سونف ، کلونجی اور کھٹائی ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں۔ مزیدار ترئی میں ہرا دھنیا، ہری مرچیں اور تلی ہوئی پیاز ملا کر پیش کریں۔
