میٹھے بھٹے---------------- ایک پیالی
تازہ کریم----------------- (پھینٹی ہوئی) ایک پیالی
ڈبل روٹی---------------- 4سلائس
ٹماٹو کیچپ------------------- 2/1پیالی
پسی ہوئی سفید مرچ---------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پساہوا گڑ---------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کارن فلور---------------------- (پانی میں گھلا ہوا) 2چائے کے چمچے
پانی-------------------- 3پیالی
نمک ----------------------حسب ذائقہ
تیل----------------------- تلنے کے لئے
اجمودہ----------------- چھڑکنے کے لئے

ترکیب:

ٹماٹروںکو پانی کے ساتھ ابالیں اور ٹھنڈا کرکے بلینڈر میں پیس لیں۔ اسے دوبارہ دیگچی میں ڈالیں، اس میں گڑ، ٹماٹر کیچپ اور سفید مرچ ڈال کر چند منٹ تک پکائیں۔ اسے چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے کارن فلور ڈال کر گاڑھا کریں، پھر نمک ملا کر چولہا بند کردیں۔ ڈبل روٹی کے سلائسوں کے چوکور ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور انہیں سنہری تل کر جاذب کاغذ پر نکا لیں۔پیالے میں پہلے بھٹے ، پھر سوپ ڈالیں۔ اس میں ڈبل روٹی کے ٹکڑے اور کریم ملائیں اور اجمودہ چھڑک کر پیش کریں۔
