ٹوفو ود چکن اینڈ مشرومز

اجزاء:
مرغی کی یخنی ۔۔۔ 2/1 کپ
سویا ساس ۔۔ 2 چمچ
گڑ ۔۔۔ 2 چمچ
لال مرچ کٹی ہوئی ۔۔۔ 2/1 کپ
لہسن پسا ہوا ۔۔2/1 کپ
ادرک پسی ہوئی ۔۔۔ 1 چمچ
مشرومز ۔۔۔ 4 سے 7 کیبوز میں کٹے ہوئے ہوئے
مرغی کا سینہ ۔۔۔2/1 کلو کیبوز کی شکل میں کاٹ لیں
ٹوفو ۔۔۔ 14 اونس تقریبا کیبوز کی شکل میں بنا ہوا
کارن فلور ۔۔۔ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
تیل ۔۔۔ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
نمک ۔۔۔ 2/1 کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

مرغی کی یخنی میں سویا ساس، گڑ اور کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ اور نمک ڈال کر پکائیں اور کارن فلور ڈال کر ساس بنا کر رکھ لیں۔ فرائینگ پین میں تھوڑا سا تیل ڈالیں اور لہسن ادرک کے ساتھ چجن کیبوز ڈال کر فرائی کر لیں۔ جب چکن گلنے لگے تو مشرومز بھی ڈال کر فرائی کر لیں۔ پھر ٹوفو بھی ڈال دیں اور پانچ سے چھ سے منٹ تک فرائی کریں۔ اب یخنی کی تیاز شدہ ساس اس پر ڈال دیں۔ تمام اجزاء کو اچھی طرح مکس کر کے پلیٹ میں نکال لیں اور سرو کریں۔
