تیریا کی نوڈلز

اجزاء:
مرغی کے اجزاء:
نوڈلز(ابلے ہوئے)۔۔۔۔300 گرام
مرغی کے سینے۔۔۔۔2 عدد
تریاکی ساس۔۔۔۔3 کھانےکے چمچ
سویا ساس۔۔۔2 کھانےکے چمچ
چکن کیوب ملا میدہ۔۔۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
ادرک(چوپ کی ہوئی)۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک۔۔۔۔حسب ذائقہ
تیل۔۔۔2/1 پیالی
ہرا دھنیا(باریک کٹا ہوا)۔۔۔سجانےکےلئے

ساس کے اجزاء:
تریاکی ساس۔۔۔۔3 کھانے کے چمچے
سویا ساس۔۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
براؤن چینی۔۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
چکن کیوب ملا میدہ۔۔۔۔4/1 کھانےکا چمچہ

ترکیب:

فرائنگ پین تھوڑا سا تیل گرم کریں اور نوڈلز کو تھوڑا سا تل کر سرونگ ڈش میں نکال لیں۔ مرغی کے سینوں کو 2 ٹکڑوں میں کانٹیں، ان پر تیل کے علاوہ باقی تمام اجزاء ملا کر رکھ لیں۔ فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کریں اور مرغی کے سینے رنگ تبدیل ہونے تک پکائیں کر نوڈلز کے اوپر رکھ دیں۔ ساس پین میں ساس کے اجزاء کو ہلکا سا پکائیں اور اسے مرغی اور نوڈلز کے اوپر ڈال کر پیش کریں۔

چکن کیوب میدہ بنانے کے لئے 2/1-2 پیالی میدے میں 10 پیکٹ چکن کیوب توڑ کر شامل کریں اور ہاتھوں سے مسل کر یکجان کرلیں۔ اس آمیزے کو بنا کر فریج میں رکھ لیں اور حسب ضرورت استعمال کریں۔
