پسی ہوئی ہلدی-------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ--------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں------------------- 2عدد
ہری مرچیں------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) 4عدد
ہرا دھنیا------------------ (باریک کٹا ہوا ) ایک گڈی
پانی--------------- 2/1پیالی
نمک-------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل----------------------- حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

بوٹیوں کو کسی بھاری چیز کی مدد سے ہلکا سا کچھل لیں اسے لہسن کے جوے ڈال کر ابالیں۔ پھر پپیتا لگا کر 2/1گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں ایک دیگچی میں بوٹیاں، لہسن ادرک، ہلدی اور نمک ملا کر پانی ڈالیں اور پانی خشک ہونے تک پکائیں۔ اس میں تیل، لال مرچ، کالی مرچ، ہری مرچیں اور لیموں کا رس ملا کر بھونیں اور ڈش میں نکال لیں۔ اسے ہرے دھنئے اور ہری مرچوں سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
