بھنی مونگ پھلی------------- 4کھانے کے چمچے
کری پتہ--------------------- 6-8عدد
اڑتھ کی دال----------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
نمک------------------------ حسب ِ ذوق
دھنیا پاﺅدر----------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
ہلدی----------------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
لال مرچ------------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
ناریل----------------------- 4کھانے کے چمچے
گڑ------------------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
املی کا راس---------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

کریلے کو ہلکاکھرچ کر بیج نکال لیں اور گول گول کاٹ لیں۔
تیل گرم کرکے رائی، کری پتہ، باریک کٹی پیاز اور اڑتھ کی دال کا بگھار تیار کرلیں، اتنا کہ پیاز نرم ہوجائے۔
پھر اس میں ہلدی اور کٹے کریلے شامل کرکے فرائی کری۔ساتھ ہی نمک، لال مرچ اور دھنیا پاﺅڈر ڈال کر دم پر رکھیں۔
جب گل جائے توناریل، املی کا رس گڑ اور تلی مونگ پھلی ڈال کر فرائی کرلیں۔
تیار ہونے پر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
