اجزاء:
انڈے------------- تین عدد
ڈبل روٹی کے سلائس--------- چار سے چھ عدد
نمک------------ حسبِ ذائقہ
چکن تکہ------------- ایک عدد
ہری پیاز----------- دو عدد
کالی مرچ پسی ہوئی------------ آدھ چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچیں---------- دو سے تین عدد
ہرا دھنیا----------- آدھی گٹھی
میدہ----------- دو کھانے کے چمچ
دودھ---------- تین سے چار کھانے کے
کوکنگ آئل------------- حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

چکن تکے کی ہڈی علیحدہ کرکے اس کے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کرلیں۔ہرا دھنیا ، ہری پیاز اور ہری مرچوں کو باریک چوپ کرلیں۔ ڈبل روٹی کے سلائس کو تکونے کاٹ کر پلیٹ میں رکھیں اور ان پر دودھ چھڑک دیں۔
انڈوں کو پھینٹ کر ان میں نمک، کالی مرچ، ہرا مصالحہ اور ہلدی ڈال کر ملا ئیں۔
پھر اس میں تھوڑا تھوڑا میدہ چھڑک کر ملالیں اور ریشہ کیا ہوا چکن تکہ ڈال دیں۔
ڈبل روٹی کی سلائسز کو اس میں ڈبو کر رکھتے جائیں۔
فرائینگ پین میں کوکنگ آئل کو درمیانی آنچ پر گرم کریں اور ان سلائسز کو سنہری فرائی کر لیں۔
ٹماٹو کیچپ اور تازہ پھلوں کے جوس کے ساتھ بچوں اور بڑوں دونو ں کے لئے مکمل غذ ا ہے۔
