بونگ کا گوشت ........1/2کلو
یخنی ........1-1/2لیٹر
ادرک لہسن.......... 2کھانے کے چمچے
گلزاراسپیشل نہاری مصالحہ......... 2کھانے کے چمچے
بڑی پیاز.......... 2عدد
میدہ............ حسب ضرورت
تیل......... حسب ضرورت
نمک ..........حسب ضرورت
ادرک .......حسب ضرورت
ہرادھنیا ......... حسب ضرورت
ہری مرچیں ..............حسب ضرورت
لیموں ............ حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

پہلے حسب ضرورت میدے کو اچھی طرح بھون لیں ۔ایک پین میں حسب ضرورت تیل گرم کرکے 2عددبڑی پیاز کو براﺅن کرلیں ۔ اب اس میں 2کھانے کے چمچے ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اور 1/2کو بونگ گوشت ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھونیں ۔ اس کے بعد 2کھانے کے چمچے گلزار اسپیشل نہاری مصالحہ ڈال کر 1سے 2منٹ تیز آنچ پر بھونیںاور یخنی شامل کرلیں ۔ جب گوشت گل جائے تو میدہ میں پانی گھول کر تھوڑا تھوڑا شامل کریں اور مکس کر لیں ۔ جب گریوی گاڑھی ہوجائے تو پیاز کا بگھار لگائیں اور حسب ضرورت ہر ی مرچ ، حسب ضرورت ہرادھنیا ، حسب ضرورت لیموں اورحسب ضرورت ادرک سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں ۔
